ISP Africa - Thematic dinner: The keys to commercial success: «The Customer Experience»
With over 6,000 members, the ISP (Institute of Sales Professionals) and its African branch ISP Africa, based in Dakar, is the only global organisation created by sales professionals for sales professionals, as well as for anyone who needs to strengthen their skills in this field.
The ISP organises masterclasses and themed dinners for its members and anyone else who would like to deepen their knowledge of sales, inviting experts to talk about topics focused on sales or related to it. On Tuesday 25 April 2023, the themed dinner will focus on ‘The keys to commercial success: the customer experience’, with Carmen THIAM as guest speaker. This exceptional evening, dedicated to excellence, will focus on the exciting topic of sales! This special ingredient that makes all the difference on the business menu. It is with great honour that I will be participating in this event, which will take place in the magnificent setting of the Novotel in Dakar on 25 April at 7:30 p.m. I am convinced that this moment of sharing will spark inspiring reflections, and I hope that my expertise will add a few more keys to the great sales toolkit par excellence!
